Generate a formal PDF quote for your organization, as an existing customer or as a new customer. All quotes are valid for 30 days. If your quote has expired, follow the instructions below to create a new one.
How to Generate a Quote as a New Customer:
To generate a quote as a new customer, you can visit this page to create an account or log in if you've already set one up: https://sales.pdq.com/CustomerLogon
You'll be asked a few questions about your environment and contact information to set up your account. From there, you'll be able to start a trial of PDQ products or purchase full licenses. Once you have specified the number of licenses you need, you can either check out with a credit card immediately or generate a quote from that page.
If you check out with a credit card, you'll receive your license keys and be able to start using the products immediately. If you prefer a different payment method, or if your organization requires an invoice, you can send your purchase order to us at sales@pdq.com along with the quote number.
How to Generate a Renewal Quote:
Navigate to the Products tab
If your subscription’s auto-renewal feature is OFF, you will see the button to “Renew” - select this option first.
The next page will provide you with your renewal cost. To generate a formal PDF quote, select the option to “Generate a quote”
If your subscription’s auto-renewal feature is ON, the “Generate a quote” feature will not be available, as shown below. Our team would be happy to help with a quote. Please contact us at sales@pdq.com for a formal quote.
