Updating your customer’s contact information:

PDQ's Billing Portal is not tailored for resellers' use, however end-users can still manage their organization’s account and contacts from our online portal.

To access the billing portal, your customer will need to log in to Sales.PDQ.com using the primary billing contact’s email address. If you are unsure which address your licenses are linked to, your client can always reference the email they received containing their product license keys. This email will be addressed to the primary billing contact, as well as any technical contacts on the account.
