Updating your Customer’s Contact Information

PDQ's Billing Portal is not tailored for resellers, however end-users can still manage their organization’s account and contacts from our customer billing portal.

To access the billing portal, your customer will need to log in to http://portal.pdq.com/ using the account admin’s email address. If they are unsure which address their licenses are linked to, your client can reference the email they received containing their product license keys. This email will be addressed to the account admin, as well as any technical contacts on the account.
