You can access previous invoices and receipts in the billing portal at any time:
- Log into your PDQ Account at http://portal.pdq.com/
- On the 'Billing’ page, select 'Invoices’ - Any invoices related to your subscription will be present here.
- Depending on the invoice’s payment status, the next page will present you with the following options:
- ‘Download Receipt’ - downloads a PDF copy of your payment receipt.
- ‘Download Invoice’ - downloads a PDF copy of your invoice, showing the amount due.
