Create a New Account
Your PDQ subscription is linked to a unique account for your organization. To create an account, visit our customer billing portal here: https://www.pdq.com/trial/deploy-inventory/
You will be asked to provide billing/contact information along with some basic information about your IT environment. Once your account is set up, you will be given immediate access to a 14-day trial of PDQ Deploy & Inventory. From there, you can manage your account contacts, billing information, generate quotes, and purchase additional licenses as needed.
If your team has already purchased Deploy & Inventory, you already have an account.
The current account owner can send you an invitation by following the instructions here: Inviting Your Team to Your Account – PDQ Deploy & Inventory Help Center.
You can find your account owner's information in either the PDQ Deploy or PDQ Inventory software by going to Help > Current Configuration Summary. This will open a text document which includes the license email along with some other details about the PDQ server.
