Managing Auto Renewals

Overview: PDQ Deploy & Inventory subscriptions will automatically renew by default. This article will guide you through enabling and disabling the auto-renewal feature online.

Auto-Renewal Overview:

You can enable and disable auto-renewals from the billing portal dashboard. If your subscription is set to auto-renew, your card or linked bank account will be charged and new license key(s) will be sent to you on your existing renewal date.

If a payment method hasn't been saved to your account, a net-30 invoice will be generated and sent to you instead. Invoices include a secure credit card payment link, and can be paid with any of PDQ's accepted payment options found here: Payment Options

Your Deploy & Inventory subscription will indicate if auto-renewal is enabled:

If auto-renewal is disabled, your expiration date will be shown instead.
