PDQ Deploy or PDQ Inventory see the target computer as offline and the PDQ Offline Settings prevents deployment or scans to offline computers.
A computer's offline status is determined by ping (ICMP echo). If the computer is online but not responding to pings or if it does not respond within 2 seconds it will be treated as though it is offline. This can be caused by Firewall, Antivirus or other security software policies and settings.
Correct the issue that is preventing the pings from responding (such as a firewall, antivirus or other security software policy).
Disable the Offline Settings (Options > Preferences > Deployments) to Ping before deployment or Send Wake-on-LAN to and attempt deployment. (This will only work if the computer is powered on and the IP address in DNS is correct.)
If targets have Wake-on-LAN enabled (please refer to your BIOS’s vendor documentation for these settings) enable that option.
