The User Account used appears to be Locked Out
The Windows User Account has been Locked Out. PDQ products require valid Windows User Accounts to perform Deployments or Inventory scans.
Unlock Windows User Account. If you are using Active Directory Users and Computers then open the User Account. In the User Properties tab check the Unlock Account check box.
