Computer icons shown in PDQ Inventory are not based off of Operating Systems but off of the ChassisType value in the Win32_SystemEnclosure class in WMI.

I was wondering how they were differentiated, this explains it nicely.
Now I just need to work out how to tell virtual PCs from physical ones under Microsoft's Client Hyper-V (it doesn't play nice with the model name like other hypervisors...).
