Purpose:
You receive a WMI Conflict Confirmation Window when modifying a WMI scanner.
Resolution:
This confirmation window is presented when modifying a WMI scanner, where previous results from the scanner are used in a collection or report.
If the WQL column names change because of a modification to the scanner, the reports and collections referencing the previous scan data may need to be updated to continue to provide accurate information.
The confirmation dialog box will detail the reports and collections, as well as their associated WQL columns that may need to be corrected.
