Regarding the third question, you may need to stop both the Autodesk Desktop App application and the service.

    I use two command steps:

    taskkill /f /im AutodeskDesktopApp.exe

    and

    net stop AdAppMgrSvc

If you want to uninstall the App, run those two commands then this command:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Autodesk\Autodesk Desktop App\removeAdAppMgr.exe" --unattendedmodeui none --mode unattended

    Regarding the first question:

For AutoCAD, you are out of luck. The best way I've found to get customizations to users is the Robert Bell bootstrap method described here: http://blogs.autodesk.com/autocad/bootstrap-autocad-deployments-for-customizations-series/.

For Revit, when a user starts Revit for the first time, the contents of "C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RVT 2018\UserDataCache" are copied to "C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Revit\Autodesk Revit 2018". So, in PDQ Deploy you can use a file copy step to put files in the UserDataCache folder.
