Purpose
You wish to save time by not having to recreate filters between reports and collections.
Resolution
You can create a report from a collection or vice versa, which simplifies the filter creation process by copying all the filters over to the new item.
Report From Collection
Right click the collection and choose New > Report From Collection. The Filters tab of the new basic report will be populated with same filters present in the collection, and the name of the report will match the collection as well. Now you'll just need to select the columns you wish to include and set the Collection Source as needed.
Collection From Report
Right click the report and choose New Collection from Report. The Dynamic Collection will be created with same filters present in the report, and the name of the collection will match the report as well.
There is also a New Collection from Report button present when the report is open that will do the same.
