You are curious why you didn't receive a response from us when you submitted an error report from PDQ Inventory or PDQ Deploy in the last few weeks.
As part of ongoing maintenance and cleanup of old infrastructure, we moved the service that receives error reports from PDQ Deploy and PDQ Inventory. This move caused crash report data to be dropped on its long journey to our support team. This is what happens when you stop feeding developers.
The problem has been corrected (lots of floggings!), and we are receiving the error reports again.
If you submitted an error in the last few weeks and did not receive a response, our apologies. In the future, if you ever submit an error or ticket to us and don't get a response within one business day, we probably didn't get it. Please send an email to us: email@example.com.
