Dynamic collection -Certificates

Is there a way to filter a Dynamic collection to look for what pc's have a certain computer certificate? 

One of these would be in the locale computer personal cert.

one in the current user personal cert. 

Thanks for your thoughts on this. 

Also can certs be pushed out with Deploy ?
