Are you on a domain? How did you enter the credentials?
On a domain and trying to enter the credentials into PDQ Deploy preferences, just wondering if this can be achieved.
Can you take a screenshot of the Add Credentials window please?
I'm very interested to see if we can get this to work. TrustedInstaller is a very special system account, and typically isn't able to be used in any kind of scripted capacity, at least that I have seen in my experience. That being said: Where there's a will........
I have tried without NT Service and with, but no joy. I don't know if needing a password entered..
I'm sure you'll need a password. It wouldn't be good if anyone could use that account without a password :)
I'm curious, why do you want to use this account? Typically we deploy software with a service account that has been added to the local Administrators group on all devices.
