Continue package after exceeded timeout

How can i set that a package should continue after a step
went in to a timeout(timeout is already at 120s)?

    Go to the Options tab for that step and set Error Mode to Continue.

    The problem is, a download package with multiple steps will not allow you to change the error mode for each step, it is greyed out. Is there a workaround for that? enter image description here
