system variable for Adobe Flash

Hi,

I have this short question:

PDQ Deploy Library informed me of the updated package "Adobe Flash for IE 24.0.0.221"

PDQ Inventory still has the value 23.0.0.207 for the system variable "(RTVerAdobeFlash). Same story for other flash versions (NPAPI, PPAPI).

How come?

Each product syncs every 2 hours, so Inventory probably hadn't synced yet.

Shane just pointed out to me that 23.0.0.207 is quite a bit older than I at first assumed. It appears you may have an issue with your installation of Inventory. Are you on the latest version of Inventory, 12.2.0.0? Do you have any proxy settings that may have changed recently? If neither of those are an issue, please reach out to our support team. They would be more than happy to assist you with this.
