Fix from Microsoft -- haven't tested yet but others say it works.
Change C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics CRM\CRMWeb\_common\styles\global.css.aspx
Add following line:
table.ms-crm-Form-Layout span[type="subgrid"] {position:static !important}
