Scanning registry

When we scan a particular subnet, it does not return any registry information. However, we are getting all the other information like hardware and application installed.  

Anyone has idea why the registry not being reported back?

    Does the same Scan Profile return registry information on other targets?

    Yes we are getting registry information from some subnets using the same scan profile.

    We are suspecting it might has something to do with the firewall. But we are not sure.
