how to remove computers in PDQ Inventoyr after the they are removed from AD

i have removed some computers that no long exist in AD but are still showing up in PQD Inventory. Instead of having to remove them twice basically, how can I get it to look at AD again to remove those that dont exist any more.

Choose either Mixed Sync or Full Sync: https://documentation.pdq.com/PDQInventory/12.4.0.0/activedirectory.htm

looks like a feature for Pro or enterprise, currently running the free version. Ill see what I can do on my end. thanks for the quick response.
