Created a deployment for AutoCAD C3D 2016 - failing with error 1619

I created a deployment through the installer and when I run it on a machine it gets to a point where I can see the Imperial and Metric icons for a moment than they disappear when it says configuring..... It looks like it installs pieces of the deployment. If I run it through PDQ, I get error code 1619. I've checked the log at the end it rollbacks everything. Does anyone know why this fails?

Seems like corruption in the deployment package that got created. Does the regular installer not have silent parameters? I've seen a lot of posts about Autodesk stuff on these forums, and it always seems to be a pain some way or another!

How do you deploy it? To give you an example, this is how I deploy Revit 2018:

"\\company.local\repository\Autodesk\Revit_2018\Img\Setup.exe /w /q /I \\company.local\repository\Autodesk\Revit_2018\Img\Revit_2018.ini /language en-us"
