PDQ Heartbeat scheduled deploys fail after upgrading inventory to version 13

We're using pro versions PDQ Inventory 13.3.0.0 and PDQ Inventory 13.2.0.0.  Since upgrading Inventory to the current version the heartbeat schedules in Deploy have stopped responding.  The heartbeat still works in Inventory and I can do a manual deployment in Deploy, but Deploy heartbeat schedules never deploy.  How can I get the heartbeat schedules running without downgrading Inventory to a previous version?
