Ping before deployment and the retry queue

I have found that offline computers don't get put in the retry queue when I use the "ping before deployment" feature. Is this how it's supposed to work? Seems like they should be put in the retry queue, regardless.

    Do the offline computers have a DNS record? I tried deploying to an offline computer and it was added to the Retry Queue. When I tried a computer that doesn't exist it was not added.

    Ah, looks like that was it, sir. I just had a ton of computers in my list that don't have DNS records. Thanks!
