Computer unreachable or offline after vLan creation

I used to be able to deploy items to my clients with no problem.  This summer I added some vLans to my network so now my PDQ server and my clients are on different subnets.  I now get the computer unreachable or offline error.  Absolutely nothing has changed besides the vLans, they are still part of the same domain.  I tried deploying to a machine on the same subnet as the server and I get the same error.  Remote Repair failed all four tests.  Not sure where to start since no permissions have changed.
