Office 2007 without 2016 installed as well

Im trying to figure out the filters to see if PCs have Office 2007 installed and do not have 2016 installed. 

Somehow the 2016 installer doesnt totally remove the 2007 installation fully so the entry gets left behind in add/remove programs hence my dilemma.
