Scan Age doesn't seem to work correctly
We have standard scan to scan every night, and also if the scan age is more than 7 days old. When I was watching the video on scan profiles, it said that this scan age is for that scan profile, meaning that the dates of other scan profiles won't affect it.
This doesn't seem to be working like that. If it has a successful scan for another scan profile within 7 days then it won't do a standard scan.
Please could you advise me on what can be done to sort this out.

My apologies, it seems that the trigger was removed. When I first noticed the issue the other day, the trigger was still there. If the issue persists, I'll email support.
