Skipped update from package library any way to bring it back?

I have mistakenly skipped an update in the package library, since then it has been ghosted out and unavailable to import. Is there any way to make a package available again to import. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Ah, that's why. It's probably your license level. I don't think there's a way to re-enable that.

So even though it was available before? If I skip any update I have no way to ever bring them back because I have a PRO license?
