Uninstall Adobe SVG Viewer

Has anyone successfully uninstalled Adobe SVG Viewer using PDQ or command line?  The uninstall command is listed below but it times out using PDQ and the command line does not actually uninstall it remotely.

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\SVG Viewer 3.0\Uninstall\Winstall.exe" -u -fC:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\SVG Viewer 3.0\Uninstall\Install.log

    You can uninstall using the following command lines:

    1. msiexec /x AcroRead.msi
    2. msiexec /x
