    I also encountered this issue today. All of the packages I attempted to download were being listed as corrupted and told me to re-download. Version is PDQ Deploy 15.4.0.0 Enterprise Mode. The issue was the account used to launch the PDQ Deploy service on the central server did not have admin rights on the central server and couldn't save the packages properly. This occurred immediately after updated from r3 to r4 since it seems to have reset back to a default account in services.msc.
