Non Domain Computer with PDQ Deployment

Good morning,

Last week i started an Enterprise Trial for PDQ Deployment.

For Computers in our domain, it works great, and we have no problems with that.

But we also have allot of machines, or temp virtuals that we want to deploy software to aswell, but i have some problems with that.

 

The error code iam getting back always is " Command Script Returned error code 1 -> The user name or password is incorrect.

In PDQ Deployment i filled in the local admin account that we use on all machines,i disabled remote uac in the register, and i used help -> Open remote repair to check for error's, but iam getting back 4x OK!, so no errors.

I tried it via IP and hostname, but both dont go further after a few seconds.

Is there anything else i can try?

    Hi Jeroen,

    I created a ticket from this post, it should be in your email. Since we are likely going to need some credential information its probably best this not be addressed on a public forum.

    Hello Josh,

    Thank you for post.

    After more investigation It seems an hardware device in our network was blocking something.

    I have access now to everything.

    I can now test more with PDQ Deploy :).
