Low Disk Space Notifications

I am using PDQ Inventory and I want to configure it to send emails to me when a computer is low on disk space. I have figured out how to run a report and filter the results to show the computers with low disk space, then create a collection based on this but I still need to configure an email notification to one or more people on my team. Is this possible or is there an alternative solution that achieves the same result?
