Dynamic collection and filters

I'm trying to get a list that looks like the following image but without the selfcheck machines.

I've used variations of the group filter Not Any while hitting on the computer name containing SelfCheck and  the group filter Any using Does Not Contain SelfCheck. I've mixed and matched combinations to produce a lot of different results except the desired one.


I've watched some of Lex and Shane's video and read some posts on here and Spiceworks but I just can't seem to figure out the logic required to do what I want. Any help would be appreciated. I know I'll kick myself when I see it the correct way. Thank you!

    Yeah, filters are powerful, but can be a bit difficult to wrap your mind around :)

    "Show me computers that meet All of these criteria. The Computer Name Starts With Any of these Values AND does NOT contain Any of these Values."

    Your filter was saying "Show me computers that meet Any of these criteria. The Computer Name Starts With these Values OR does NOT contain Any of these Values."
