Computers not seen after name change
I've recently renamed several computers in our domain. For the most part there was no issue, however, 4 of those PCs won't scan. Heartbeat comes back as offline. The name change did get reflected in inventory so it at least saw them that much but after that they just appear offline all the time.
These 4 computers are all at the same location but others at that location still work just fine after there name changes so I'm not sure if that's a factor.
Any suggestions?
I've restarted the machines and PDQ Inventory as well as restarting the PDQ Inventory service.

Smells like DNS to me. Inventory is pulling from AD I'm assuming. If the name change worked I'd expect it to be reflected on the next refresh of Active Directory in Inventory. However, AD != DNS. Can you ping the machines yourself from Inventory? Sounds like records didn't get updated or something is stale somewhere.
