Create target list from excel spreadsheet

I was given a list of computer names that has an old version of adobe reader that needs to be uninstalled. It is in a spreadsheet with one computer name per line.  Can I create a target list from this some how? It is over 300 machines and would save a bunch of time.

    Never mind. I completely did not see the text file option under choose location.
