Collection Help

I am trying to create a collection that only list newly successfully scanned computers.  We are trying to maintain an excel sheet for manual inventory and my Collection was working until PDQ ran a new scan of all systems and now everything is in the list.  I have tried setting it with the parameters of

Scans: Successful Scan Date: Not Before 12/4/2017

Scans: Successful Scan Date: After 12/05/17

No matter which one I use I get everything, even if try using both.  I just want the computers that were recently able to be scanned.
