RAS VPN Connection window now shows up in windows 11 22H2

Since updating to Windows 11 22H2, the RAS VPN application shows a dos window that show the RAS VPN status. But the end user can close the window and stop RAS VPN. Is there a way to make this window hidden again with 22H2?

I'm not familiar with the behavior that you are experiencing or how to modify it, but can include some links to documentation that may be helpful. PDQ Link has been re-branded as RAS VPN. It is still available and free for download (linked below), we are no longer offering support or continued development for it. RAS VPN primarily configures the RRAS and NPS server roles that are built into Windows Server, and there's nothing in these configurations which cannot be modified after the fact to better suit your environment.
