Help with Report for Identifying Model of Laptop Issued to Users

Hello,

I am new to using PDQ and am trying to create a report in PDQ Inventory that will tell me what users are assigned Dell OptiPlex 5510 laptops. I was wondering if someone could help me with creating the report? I have set the Table to "Manufacturer" and a second table to "Model" and I think I need a third table for username, however I'm not sure. I also think I need to be able to filter it so I only see the model laptop I need. Thank you!

  • I recommend adding the Current User Name column from the Computer table.

There are many ways to filter your Report:

    • Switch to the Filters tab and add your desired filters.
    • Create a Collection and select it in your Report with the Select Collection Source button in the toolbar.
    • Run your report, then use the filter box in the top-right corner, or right-click on a column header and select Group By This Column.
