Package Request - FreeCommander

I would like to request adding the FreeCommander to the PDQ Package Library.

FreeCommander is an easy-to-use alternative to the standard windows file manager, with much more options to easily manage files. The program is an absolute added value for administrators to manage files. The program is equivalent to, for example, Total Commander.

The program is available for free as 32-bit, but I prefer the paid 64-bit. This one has a little more options. The costs for this are low, 16 euros per year.
