I am a licensed version user but when I am trying to download the package.

Getting the following error : Subscription page not found and packages not getting download. Please help me in fixing the issue thank you.

I recommend opening up a ticket with support: Submit a request – PDQ Deploy & Inventory Help Center

Make sure to send a copy of the full error message and any relevant screenshots.
