Question about the Windows 10 (20H2/21H2/22H2) - Cumulative Update (64bit) May 9 2023 - Package

Hopefully someone can shed some light on this.  So, my question is when I send this Cumulative update to a few test computers on my domain, and it comes back successfully, I've been going into "Windows Update" and when I do the  "Check for updates" it finds the 2023 May Cumulative Update and downloads and installs it via the Window Update Console.  But knowing that I've already sent the update via PDQ Deploy, shouldn't that not appear, and be waiting for me to "Update and Restart" my test workstations?  Is this expected behavior or am I missing something??
