Windows updates May 2023 oddness

The May Windows updates seem to be behaving different from other months. They are not showing up in the Auto-Download queue. I see them in the Package Library. Says they are downloaded, but the 'Updated' flag isn't checked.

Schedules aren't picking up the May update. If I set up a new PC, the scheduled update task still installs the April 2023 Windows update.

Other packages are showing up in the Auto-Download queue. LibreOffice 7.5.3.2, Firefox 113.0.

Any idea what's going on?
