Best practices for deploying an application upgrade

Hi All,

We have an application that we need to upgrade (it's basically a document management add-in in Outlook).  How do you handle distribution of a new MSI?  Do you create a new package and deploy that or just update the MSI in your original package and re-deploy?  Something else entirely?  Would appreciate any feedback.

    doesnt really matter. more important is setting up a schedule in Deploy directing to the new MSI. and a target list in PDQ Inventory
