New version of auto downloads not showing as needing approval but instead as a new package

This has happened to me more than a few times. In this example I have Adobe Reader and Edge for Business as an auto download packages. As far as I can tell Adobe is only 1 version behind at the moment (23.001.20174). I would have expected to see the newest version listed as waiting for approval but instead it's listed as a new package that I need to download. My only options when right-clicking it are to download as a standard package or an auto download.

Why are the updates not showing up in the Auto Download Approvals section?

Try downgrading to version 19.3.365.0. There was an issue in 19.3.409.0 with auto downloads
