Inventory Report

Looking for a way to run a report to find computers without a specific application installed and without a "scan status" error. So essentially blank.

    Check out this help page on reports Help for PDQ Inventory. There are also videos on their YouTube page that can help as well https://www.youtube.com/@pdq/videos. 

    I think this will work, just change your app filter. It will return any devices with a app name containing the Firefox variable that do not have a scan error.
