How do I get PSwindowsUpate to do a Update and restart once it finishes loading the hot fix?
The update installs and I tried baking a restart in to the Deploy package, and it does reboot the PC, but once I log back on the PC is still waiting for a user to click update and Restart.

Check out the available arguments for the command you are running. Not sure what you are running, but it could be you are ignoring any required/recommended reboots. Also check out the blog.
