FortiClient Removal and Install

I have ran into an issue where the MSI will remove the older version of FortiClient EMS but when it installs the new version (7.2.2) it has issues with the older client ems settings. Basically it breaks the client and you have to run the FCRemove  tool  to clear out all the settings and then run the MSI to get it working. Has anyone found a way to auto the removal and installation of the FortiClient EMS 7.2.2?

    Can you run the fcremove tool silently? I don't have the ability to test this, but if you can run that utility silently from the command line then you may be able to put it as a step in a package.
