Eclipse Temurin JRE 21 64-bit

Thank you for adding Eclipse Temurin JDK 21 64-bit.  However, my programming department is asking for the JRE to go with it.
Can you please be sure to add the JRE when you add a JDK?

    Ah ha!  I see it now after refreshing... and looking under Development Tools instead of Runtimes.
