Install failed yet program installed

Hi

I have created a package for Office 2013 and deployed it to a few users. Most of the time it installs without an issue but on about 4 PC's it fails with "Exceeded timeout for completion. Are you missing silent install parameters". When I check with the users for redeployment they are already happily using the new version that PDQ Deploy is reporting as having failed.

Any ideas?
