IPsec and IP addresses

Two questions... 

1) Will PDQ Deploy work over IPsec?
2) Can I deploy to an IP address, instead of a system name?

    Thank you for your questions.

    1)  PDQ Deploy will work over IPSec.  It uses high-level Windows functions to connect to target computers.  As long as you can access the computers (via SMB) over the network, PDQ Deploy should be able to deploy to them.
    2)  Yes, not a problem.

    Hi Adam,

    I have a IPsec connection set up that allows me to RDP across my two machines. How can I set up the SMB access. Google has not been helping that much.

     PS. The two computer is not on a domain. Both are workgroup
