Winzip installed fine but still have problem deploying Teamviewer

I just successfully installed winzip which have .msi extension but when I tried teamviewer nothing happened.

Is there some special procedure for .exe files?

According to a post on MSFN (http://www.msfn.org/board/topic/121999-anyone-know-silent-install-switches-for-teamviewer) Teamviewer doesn't support a silent install out of the box. You need to run a common work-a-round to get what you want.

Double click your install file for Teamviewer. Don't close the application. Go out to %TEMP% and open a folder called TeamViewer. In there you will find two files: Teamviewer_.exe and tvinfo.ini. Copy the Teamviewer_.exe to your network share. Use THIS file as your Installer file. Pass the /S parameter.

You should be good to go.
